It is an implementation retainer. You get one call a month; the rest of the month the team is building. If you want a second opinion on a vendor, that is included too.
Who is my CIO?
A named person from our team who runs your roadmap, joins the monthly call, and is reachable by email and text between calls. You meet them before you sign.
What happens on the monthly call?
Thirty minutes. What shipped, what the report says, what is next in the queue. Partners can bring anyone.
What can you build?
Anything that runs on an API: agents, integrations between your tools, reports, portals, private search over your documents. If it needs a lawyer's judgment, it stays with the lawyer.
Are the four agents included?
Yes. Configuring the suite for your firm is part of the retainer. Firms without a retainer can have an agent built one time; ask on the call.

Where does our client data go?
Into your own accounts, and to AI providers on zero-data-retention terms. Nothing is used for training. We put the data flow in writing before the first agent goes live.
